Refund Eligibility: We only accept refund requests for damaged products. To be eligible for a refund, customers must provide an unboxing video as proof of the damage.
Refund Process:
- Customers must contact us via WhatsApp at +91-9773645745 or E-mail us at contact@theobboystore.com within 3 days of receiving the damaged product.
- Provide a clear unboxing video showcasing the damage.
- Once the damage is confirmed, we will initiate the refund process.
- Refunds will be processed within 8 to 10 business days.
Note: Customised products cannot be refunded for reasons other than damage.
